"From an almost 50 year State Farm policyholder If you're looking to transfer your policies or get new policies, I'd recommend you look for a different State Farm office. I've had multiple issues with this office not correctly handling policy changes and it began with when I initially transferred my policies to Chrystal Plaster's agency. I have found a new State Farm agent."

"We recently moved everything back over to State Farm and it was a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing team in Crystal’s office! Everyone was so thorough, kind and knowledgeable. We started with Diana York before she moved to another office, and she was great. Alyssa finished everything up for us, and was also awesome to work with. Some of their rates were a little higher than what we had, but others were lower, so it all balanced out. Overall, very happy with the product offerings and prices, and glad to be back with State Farm. Highly recommend!!"
